Lickey End puts inclusion at the heart of its practice and recognises every child will make progress at different rates and times however we endeavour to support them to fufil their potential the best that they can. We aim to provide the right support by identifying any additional needs at the earliest point, so that provision can be put in place promptly and appropriately. Our SEND approach is based on early identification, careful planning and collaboration with families and professionals where needed.
We recognise that pupils require their social and emotional needs to be met in order to achieve the best they can academically, and our approach supports this. We work to create a safe, supportive environment where children feel understood, valued and able to engage fully in learning. Through targeted support and inclusive practice, we seek to remove barriers and help all pupils access the curriculum and make meaningful progress.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child's class teacher or our SENDCo, Miss Jackson via the school office.
